How do you operate? How does check-in work?

We’re private, self-service lodging with keyless self-check-in. Book direct to avoid platform fees; you’ll receive your door code and arrival details by email before your stay. We don’t serve breakfast or offer hotel-style front desk or daily housekeeping.

What’s the minimum stay?

Most weekends have a 2-night minimum.

Single-night weekdays and weekends are offered seasonally (Nov 15 –Mar 15, and Jul–Aug) only when available.

Claw-foot tub + shower: Vaudeville Suite, McKittrick Suite.

What amenities do you have for Katy Trail guests?

We adjoin the McKittrick Trailhead (MM 100.8). Store bikes in the bike barn or courtyard; a manual tire pump and basic tools are available, plus a hose for rinse-offs. Bring your own lock. See the Katy Trail Rider Guide for routes, shuttles, and tips.

Do you serve breakfast?

No. Suites include pantry basics so you can make your own. For groceries, see Loutre Market; for coffee/brunch, see Dining in Hermann on our blog.

Where do I park?

Guest parking is beside the building near the large gray service door (instructions are in your arrival email). To keep space fair, plan for up to 2 cars per 4 guests. Bike storage is in the bike barn behind the building.

Who are you and where are you located?

We’re in McKittrick, MO (65041), about 2 minutes over the bridge from Downtown Hermann, adjoining the McKittrick Trailhead (MM 100.8). Our 1897 Mercantile building is listed on the State & National Register.

What are your 4-person suite configurations like?

Our 4-guest suites have two Queen beds in a semi-private loft partition, plus a living area, full kitchen, and in-suite laundry. Upstairs: McKittrick Suite. Street level: Katy Suite and Depot Suite.

Are pets allowed?

Yes—well-behaved dogs with prior approval, $25 per stay. Pets must be leashed in common areas, never left unattended in suites (crate if left), kept off linens; damage is billed at cost. See our Pet Policy for full rules.

Do you offer room blocks?

We’re a small property (4 suites), so no traditional blocks. A full-property buyout may be available—if shown in the booking portal, select it like a normal reservation.

Best time to visit Hermann?

Weekends are lively (music, festivals). Wed–Thu are quieter; Mon–Tue are the quietest and some dining is limited. Wineries are generally open daily—check VisitHermann.com for current hours.
