How to Make a Reservation

 

 

 

Step 1: Check Availability

​

   - Visit our website menu and navigate to the "Book Now" page.

   - Enter your desired check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests.

   - Click the "Search" button to view available rooms and rates for your selected dates.

 

Step 2: Select Your Room

​

   - Browse the available room options and select the one that best suits your preferences and needs.

   - Review the room details, including amenities and bed types.

   - Click the "Add to Reservation" button to proceed to the next step.

 

Step 3: Confirm Your Dates

​

   - Double-check your chosen check-in and check-out dates to ensure accuracy.

   - If needed, you can modify your dates or length of stay by using the "Remove" button.

   - Once satisfied with your selection, proceed. If not satisfied, start the process over.

Step 4: Guest Information (same page as Step 3)

​

   - Fill out the required fields with your personal information, including name, email, and phone number.

   - Choose your preferred payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).

   - Enter your payment details securely using our encrypted payment gateway.

   - Review the booking summary, including the total cost and any applicable taxes or fees.

   - Read and check the two buttons to confirm (subscription deals, and terms and conditions)

   - Click on the "Book Reservation" button to confirm your reservation.

 

Step 6: Confirmation

   - Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your reservation.

   - If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

   - We look forward to welcoming you to The Mercantile on the Katy Trail and ensuring you have a memorable stay!

   - If you're trying to book within the next 24 hours, please give us a call directly. We'll check if the room you want is available and if we're able to assist you. If everything aligns, we'll approve your stay. After our conversation, you can go ahead and book the suite online through our "Book Now" portal. We appreciate your understanding and hope to make your booking process as smooth as possible!

 

We're sorry. This option is not available on these dates for the following reasons:

  • You must stay at least 2 nights to book this unit.

   - You might receive this message if you're attempting to book a weekend stay with a minimum requirement of two nights. If you're inquiring within the same week, we kindly ask that you give us a call directly at 573-539-8091. If we're available to assist and if your desired room is free, we'll happily approve your stay. Once we've had a chance to chat, you'll still need to proceed with booking the suite online through our "Book Now" portal.
